Ordering Online: Online shopping is safe and secure and available using a secure shopping cart. All credit card information is collected using an SSL secure server. Your credit card information is never stored on the server. All information you submit is protected by encryption software.
Ordering By Phone: You can call me at (250) 331-3643 to place an order. My business hours are 10 am to 4 pm PST, Monday through Friday. I am closed on all major holidays and weekends. There are times when I am in the studio or just plain not available and will not be able to take your call. So be sure to leave your details where I can call you back. Mondays are a good day to call – I’m catching up on paperwork…
Ordering By Mail: If you would prefer to mail in your order you can simply print out your shopping cart order and send it with your cheque. Once your cheque has cleared, I will complete your order. Please make cheque out to: Michelle Forslund
Payment: I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, checks or Paypal.
Processing Time: Soy candles are made at the time you place your order to insure you are receiving the freshest product possible. Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends and major holidays. I strive for the quickest turnaround time possible after I have received your payment, however, during very busy times, processing may take an extra day or two. Any major delays will be posted on my site. I need to take a vacation once in a while too! There may be instances when certain items are not available due to their seasonal nature or other circumstances beyond my control. If an item is out of stock I will indicate this on my website and the item will not be available for order. However, I can notify you by email when the item is available again.
Order Status: To check on the status of your order, you can email me by clicking here. Be sure to include your name, order number, email address, and telephone number.
Cancellations: Should you wish to cancel or change your order please do so within 24 hours. Contact me by email or phone with your order number and information. Because I custom make your order, I am unable to accept cancellations or changes after 24 hours.
International Orders: At this time I am currently shipping only to addresses in Canada. Again – ask my insurance company about this.
Return Policy: Due to the "personal" nature of the products, sales are final. I cannot accept returns on any products and still guarantee their purity for other customers. If you have any questions regarding any products, please ask before you buy. I don’t want you to be disappointed.
Please note: As my products are handmade, slight variations can be expected. Some soap colouring cannot be duplicated exactly from batch to batch.
Damaged Shipments: Please inspect all packages at the time of acceptance. Should you receive goods damaged in-transit, carefully verify the extent of the damage, keep all packaging materials intact, then notify me and Canada Post. You must submit damage claims directly to Canada Post.
