I make my soap the old fashioned way – from scratch. I use a base of natural vegetable oils, each one contributing a unique quality to the soap, helping to create a mild bar that is long-lasting and has a rich, luxurious lather.
It all begins with lots of olive oil, which helps prevent loss of natural moisture, softens your skin and attracts external moisture to the skin. It is therapeutic oil packed with antioxidants and Vitamin E that is easily absorbed by the skin. It heals, soothes and protects and is the main ingredient for all of my soaps.
I follow that by adding Coconut Oil and Palm Oils. Coconut Oil is also a rich, saturated oil that moisturizes and protects skin and gives the soap its rich, creamy lather. Palm Oil makes a hard bar that cleans well and is also mild. The quality of Palm oil is far superior to other vegetable oils that are filler oils. Palm oil is universal and used in many expensive luxury soaps.
